I think you might like this TED talk on re-thinking math. It is super common core. This guy is saying how we need to be less helpful in math, so kids do the thinking work. Kids should be formulating problems, not just solving ones we provide. He also has a blog where he shares his teaching and other teachers post how they use and improve upon his ideas.

Once in, the interface is appealing and simple. Choose a basic layout then arrange elements within your visual. Smore allows you to change backgrounds, designs, colors, and fonts. You can also upload images. On top of all that, you can embed media like YouTube videos, calendars, and text boxes.
